I love tulips. We used to grow them, but not here in Arizona. So, for an early Valentine surprise I received this pretty bouquet. A perfect combination of light pink and dark pink tulips. The funny thing about them is that three days ago, when they were all unopened buds, they were all the same length. But, as each day went by, the light pink ones have grown taller/longer. It has made the arrangement look different every day.

ReplyDeleteThe tulips are beautiful. I don't know if it's an old wives tale or not, but if you put a penny in the water it is supposed to help keep the tulips from getting droopy stems.
