time-out

It's that time again.

Arizona does not go on daylight savings time.

We didn't spring forward.

It is the same time this morning as it was yesterday morning, at this time.

So what does that really mean?

It means that yesterday we were on mountain standard time and this morning we are on pacific standard time.

It means that yesterday my friends and family in Colorado were living their day on the same time as us.

It means that yesterday my family in Texas were one hour ahead of us.

But now today and until fall, my family and friends in Colorado are one hour later than us and those in Texas are now two hours later. California? We are now the same time.

Everyone else? You figure it out.

So, what is important here is this:

If you are in Colorado and it is 8 am there...it is 7 am here.

If you are in Texas and it is 8am there...it is 6 am here.

So, don't try to call me when it is only 6 am here. And I will try to remember not to call you when it is 9 pm here.
