This is our youngest when she was in kindergarten.
The college girl has been home for a few days and the college boy flew in late last night. They are both still sleeping in as I type this(10:30 a.m.) ! It is nice to have everyone home during this week leading up to Christmas. The Dad is off of work.
But the youngest? The high school senior? She has school ALL WEEK LONG! They do not get off until after classes on friday. That is the day before Christmas Eve! To top it off, they have what they are calling mid-terms, for classes that are year long, at the beginning of the week and then finals at the end of the week. Which means, she has multiple tests each and every day.
Dear School District,
You are a scrooge.
