...a college girl.

She moved out of her room here at home on saturday and after a LENGTHY 'traffic filled' afternoon, she moved into her dorm. She is unpacking, organizing, socializing, meeting, greeting and believe it or not...freezing. The dorm rooms are really cold. On the list of extra things for us to bring today? A hoodie. It is 106 outside but... chiiilllly in the rooms.
She is ready. And we are now down to three of us around the dinner table. How does that happen so quickly? We will miss her spunk for sure. And her green eyes, and her big smile and all that other stuff.
Good luck college girl.
We love you.
I can't wait to hear more about College Girl and all her many adventures.
ReplyDeleteLove that tie-dye t-shirt. Is it the one we made at your graduation party week? Uncle David has been wearing his. I also look forward to hearing more.
ReplyDeleteWe saw lots of college students at our local Target picking out lamps, towels, etc. today. Such exciting times of new beginnings. Do all college freshmen look so young? I love Rachel's choice of comforter. Sounds like she should have gotten the matching Snuggy.
